Being a mom to a toddler or a preschooler is very trying and tiring. The mood swings, the demands, the picky eating coupled with daily house chores can quickly make you want to run away.
Being a work from home mom of a 2 year old hyper active son, I have had my fair share of bad days and that is how this article was born. We live in the world of hacks and these are my version of mommy hacks to quickly brighten up a dull day for both the mommy and her little one. They are inexpensive and approved by my Shaurya.
Running and jumping while cheering makes the brain think we are happy and having fun. So, it quickly brightens up a dull day. Giving a high five after counting or saying a to z makes them feel confident about their learning skills and creates a more positive outlook about education.
Did you lose your temper at your little one? It is okay we are all humans. Just get the rest of their day right by singing and dancing to βI like to move it move itβ from Madagascar movie. Make funny faces, and tickle each other and laugh out loud. All that feel good hormones are good for you both. Your little one will quickly overlook the bad moments and start enjoying the day.
Always make sure to kiss your child good night. The words will fade away from their memory but, the way you made them feel (loved and cared for) will be forever remembered.
Have a good day!
This is such a helpful article for new parents. Every tip involves mom and kid direct interaction without any gadget like mobile, television etc. Awesome post !
