Motherhood journey for me started with dehydrated skin and acne so in this video I am sharing my simplified skin care routine that worked for me.
The most important things to keep in mind are using a mild face wash that do not over dry your face. Also, skipping the moisturiser (oil or cream) will make your skin produce more sebum which in-turn causes more acne.
As I had no help during postpartum, keeping Avocado oil and Rose water (in spray bottle) on my vanity ensured that my skin care routine was simplified and I could be consistent with it as well. In a week’s time I noticed a huge difference and I hope this could prove to be beneficial for you all. As a nursing mom, I wanted more natural skin care and this is what helped me. I hope it helps you too. But, please keep in mind that each one of us have different skin types and different skin concerns so please do a patch test, trial or your own research before proceeding.
Few of the Avocado Oil benefits for skin:
- Has antioxidants
- Has Vitamin E
- Contains Vitamin A, B , C and K
- Makes skin youthful
- Stimulates production of Collagen
- Anti-aging benefits
A tiny bit of Avocado oil on the ends of your hair can make all the difference.
Please do share with a new mommy or mommy to be.

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is great blog. A fantastic read. I’ll certainly be back.
Bookmarked 🙂

Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was
super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say,
I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog
blogger but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips for newbie blog writers?
I’d really appreciate it.
Sorry about your first comment Casimira 🙁 So glad your are enjoying my lil blog. In all honesty I am still a newbie and all I have learned so far is if you enjoy writing your blog it becomes an enjoyable read for your readers. Write about what you are passionate about and stay true to yourself. I am sure you will do really well!
