In this video I mention about my favorite hair oil, shampoos, hair cut, favorite hair and beauty blog, my mistakes etc. I have tried a few low sulphate shampoos but, since I have frizzy hair and oily scalp it just did not work for me.
I have previously tried biotin pills and despite drinking the recommended amount of water, I had severe acne and hence, gave up on the pills.
In case of severe hair fall it is always recommended to get doctor’s help because, a lot of times Vitamin deficiencies and other medical conditions could cause hair loss. A blood test and check up could always help you to find out the underlying problem.
