Natural Postpartum Skincare Simplified

Motherhood journey for me started with dehydrated skin and acne so in this video I am sharing my simplified skin care routine that worked for me.

The most important things to keep in mind are using a mild  face wash that do not over dry your face. Also, skipping the moisturiser (oil or cream)  will make your skin produce more sebum which in-turn causes more acne.

As I had no help during postpartum, keeping Avocado oil and Rose water (in spray bottle) on my vanity ensured that my skin care routine was simplified and I could be consistent with it as well. In a week’s time I noticed a huge difference and I hope this could prove to be beneficial for you all. As a nursing mom, I wanted more natural skin care and this is what helped me. I hope it helps you too. But, please keep in mind that each one of us have different skin types and different skin concerns so please do a patch test, trial or your own research before proceeding.

Few of the Avocado Oil benefits for skin:

  1. Has antioxidants
  2. Has Vitamin E
  3. Contains Vitamin A, B , C and K
  4. Makes skin youthful
  5. Stimulates production of Collagen
  6. Anti-aging benefits

A  tiny bit of Avocado oil on the ends of your hair can make all the difference.

Please do share with a new mommy or mommy to be.

  3. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is great blog. A fantastic read. I’ll certainly be back.

  4. Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was
super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say,
I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog
blogger but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips for newbie blog writers?
    I’d really appreciate it.
